Precision Machining
BMS Aerospace offers a full-service machining department to complement our assembly department and your repair needs. Our tooling and assembly fixtures are all designed and machined in-house as well. We provide precision CNC turning, milling, and tool and die services with capacities and specifications able to create custom fixtures for diverse manufacturing needs using CNC machining and turning wire EDM, and ID and OD grinding. We understand that not every project is the same. That’s why we offer a full range of CNC machining services to meet the unique needs of each customer.
Turning
Our CNC lathes have the turning capacity from ½ inch to 42 inches.
Milling
Our fully programmable CNC mills have the capability to mill materials up to 16 inches wide by 38 inches long.
Tool & Die
BMS designs and crafts tooling to exact customer specifications and specializes in creating custom fixtures for diverse manufacturing needs using CNC machining and turning, wire EDM, and ID and OD grinding.
Deburring
Our expert deburring services provide precise and efficient removal of rough edges and burrs, ensuring a smooth and finished product.
